Millions of people have trouble catching zZz's, but unfortunately not all of them know that for a natural way to sleep yoga is the key! There's nothing quite like a bedtime yoga routine to wind down with. Just like a warm epsom salt bath or cup of tea, nighttime yoga is soothing and gentle. You can even practice this yoga in bed if that's your jam! This sequence is a wonderful style of yoga for insomnia as well.
